The staff at A & B Dance Center is dedicated to creating a structured, yet fun, and friendly atmosphere for students of all ages. Their combined experience and expertise in a wide variety of dance disciplines allows the school to offer students a well rounded dance education.

Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, Creative Movement InstructionAngie, as she is known by most, began dancing in 1969 in northwest Arkansas. She has training in Balanchine, Cecchetti, and Vaganova ballet techniques as well as studies in tap, irish, jazz, modern, lyrical, and pre-school dance from numerous teachers and dancers from classes at the University of Arkansas, 2nd generation dancers of the Joffrey Ballet, students/instructors from School of American Ballet, and others. She has danced roles from the Nutcracker, Paquita, Le Boutique Fantastique, Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Coppelia, and Giselle. She has performed on Carnival Cruise Lines and at Walt Disney World. As a dancer, teacher, and choreographer she has won numerous state, regional, and national awards for ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and contemporary dance. She also has a background in classical music. When not in the studio, Angie enjoys time with her family which includes her husband, 3 daughters and their husbands, 8 grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical InstructionKelly began dance training at the age of 5 in southwest Missouri. Kelly joined A&B Dance Center as a student at age 10, studying ballet, pointe, tap jazz, lyrical, contemporary dance and became a member of the studio competition troupe. While a competitive dancer, Kelly attended numerous conventions and competitions winning many top awards and scholarships. Kelly has performed in productions and conventions all across the country, as well as on Carnival Cruise Lines. Kelly enjoys her spare time with her family.
Ballet, Lyrical, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz Instruction
Kylie started dance instruction in southwest Missouri at age 3. Kylie studied all forms of dance, and began competitions and receiving national titles starting at age 7. Kylie went on to perform numerous roles in major ballets including, La Esmeralda, Snow White, Cinderella, and the Nutcracker.
After high school she went on to further her dance career at Stephens College, where she graduated in May of 2018 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance. Kylie continues to perform and is a member of Springfield Dance Alliance.
